"A traveler not interested in four-star service" can find satisfaction at this "good solid hotel" in the Boston area where an "excellent on-off to I-495" and a "spacious gym" are appreciated, but more demanding customers report it's "like stepping back into 1982", since the "aging building" has "maintenance issues", the rooms are "shabby", the business office is "a joke" and a "smoky smell" makes its name doubly appropriate; nonetheless, at least it's "quiet" and the staff is "helpful."

We traveled all night and were planning on sleeping for the afternoon however with all the construction it was impossible to get any sleep! Did not know this hotel was under construction, my window was covered with tyvek.

Cleanliness and staff was excellent.

Due to remodel, the workout room was not available.

Good location just off the expressway. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful in answering directions and other questions.
